A nice apartment, everything was great!

It was located in a peaceful area near to Rethymnon, a nice area in the old town and on the road up to the fortress, Close to Coastal Wine Boutique, just 15 minutes walk. The staff we came across were extremely helpful and very friendly...

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the location was ideal, in the heart of the old town and close to key attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was smaller than expected, with limited space for luggage. the kitchen area was not well-equipped, making it difficult to prepare meals.

It was good choice for travelling to Rethymno, I was glad to stay there. It was in a peaceful place.

It didn't have nets on window, or I should have asked to get it.

Had extremely comfy bed and wake-up service. Location was unbeatable, within walking distance of Platania Gorge. The owner met us with warm welcome.

Magnificent setting just off monuments as well as the old town right next to the fortress. Affable and very amiable staff, and the best owner ever.

Overall experience was really lovely. The accommodation was nice located really close to the old town of Rethymno, a mini garden before the next road and a nice area in the old town, that's what I was expecting. It was good and amazing in the heart of city center. The balcony was overlooking garden.

I got great value for my money at Pallazzo Fortezza in Rethymno. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, great wifi, and a fridge stocked with complimentary water and juice. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town but still peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly and always made me feel welcome.

The breakfast option could've been better, maybe with a wider variety of choices.

I really loved this place because it had an amazing location, just a stone's throw away from the old town area with all the restaurants and monuments. Everything was right at the doorstep.

We had an incredible stay at Pallazzo Fortezza! The location was perfect with the view of the fortezza from our balcony. The rooms were tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a toaster oven and a stocked fridge with water, juice, and beer! The best part was the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk who made us feel at home. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Rethymno.

We stayed at Pallazzo Fortezza for two nights in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the supermarket, tavernas, and other amenities. Despite being close to the city center, the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious with a lovely terrace. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was pleasant. The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations, with fresh sheets and towels provided every few days.
